Hello. I am the miscreant that built the trike you saw at Viva las Vegas. The trike was sort of a bet. Had to be close to scale for a Marx Big Wheel, with working pedals. Road Legal. The Cali tags are a funny story. It passes all the tests for moped tags in CA. As a joke, I filled out the registration form & mailed it in - with my NV address. A month later I got a plate in the mail....

notice that this is the right / slow lane, the one trucking is supposed to stay in.I ask, and please verify or explain otherwise if you know, because while driving 26 ton cargo vans, I found that certain parts of I-15 and I-163 here in San Diego have a wave pattern that only starts to make your truck "buck" like it's a a very fast teeter totter if you get over 55 or 65 miles an h...
